Using LetterPress' award winning 70% Ashanti Ghana Chocolate and Alibi's Mugshot Espresso Blend, this killer combination makes for the perfect coffee chocolate bar. Unlike most other chocolate companies, we've meticulously roasted and stone-ground our cacao beans ourselves and brewed Alibi's coffee with cocoa butter at just the right extraction temperature, infusing the coffee rather than grinding the coffee beans in. The result is much more balanced, and honestly the best coffee bar we've yet made.
